Position Summary

Will be responsible for accounts payable processing for multiple companies under Conco Services LLC.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Reconciling vendor statements.
Purchase order / requisition verification.
Data Entry.
Assist in other accounting areas such as (but not limited too) accounts receivable, payroll, and timecard entry.
Undertake special projects as assigned.
Adhere to Employee's Responsibilities section set forth in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual.

Skills

Previous NetSuite software experience strongly preferred.

Proficient in MS Office package with a strong emphasis on MS Excel Spreadsheet software.

Team player with an appropriate sense of urgency and accuracy.

Ability to multi-task.

Attributes

Written Comprehension & Expression - The ability to read, write and understand information and ideas.

Speech Clarity - The ability to speak clearly so others can understand.

Experience & Education

High School Diploma or GED.

Minimum of 3 years of Accounts Payable experience; with accounting background preferred.

Associates degree or higher in accounting preferred.

Must be authorized to work within the United States.

Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Physical Requirements

Physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 25 lbs.

Frequent hand to finger, handle, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping,

kneeling, crouching, talking and hearing.

Physically submit to periodic drug, background and clearance screenings (employment is contingent upon favorable results)
