What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities & Grounds Maintenance position at Concord Coach Lines Inc?
Concord Coach Lines is looking to add a Full-time Facilities and Grounds Maintenance individual to the team at the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, ME. This is an in-person position with year-round stability. The primary schedule is Sunday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm but flexibility to adjust for snow removal or other needs is required.

Duties and requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Building maintenance, janitorial duties and landscaping experience
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
- Snow Removal duties; experience a plus
- Occasional fill in evening bus washing
- Ability to do heavy lifting as necessary
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and establish schedules for routine maintenance
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have valid drivers license with clean driving record and the ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Candidates must be able to successfully complete pre-employment screenings including drug screen
