What are the responsibilities and job description for the Luxury Condominium Concierge - Part Time position at Concord Condominiums?
We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented person to join our team at a Luxury High Rise Condominium. The Front Desk Concierge is the public face of the Building greeting and assisting residents, visitors, and vendors in a helpful and courteous manner. The Front Desk Concierge is a key player in general Building security and daily operations, completing a variety of administrative functions associated with the needs of residents while always maintaining a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first greeter when a resident, visitor, or vendor comes to the building, and notify residents of the arrival of visitors.
- Assist residents with incoming/outgoing packages and maintain the Package Room in an orderly fashion.
- Answer resident questions about the amenities and assist with making reservations for the Guest Suite, Owners’ Lounge, or Conference Room.
- Answer the telephone promptly and in a professional manner, direct callers to appropriate individuals and take messages.
- Monitor security cameras, conduct regular security sweeps, and respond to urgent and emergency situations.
- Monitor and be familiar with Building systems and emergency procedures.
- Work with the building manager, monitor service vendors, and contractors to ensure they adhere to Building standards, rules, and decorum.
- Manage vendor parking, building and elevator access, and distribution of key fobs.
- Be knowledgeable and familiar with the Building Rules and Regulations.
Performance requirements
- Professional verbal and written communication skills, English required
- Work collaboratively with residents, vendors, contractors, and associates
- Professional, friendly, telephone and greeting skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficient in basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, the Internet, and BuildingLink

- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Monday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
