*The Day-to-Day
- Prepare work stations and ingredients for chefs according to instructions.
- Prepare items including salads, sauces, some entrees.
- Maintain a clean kitchen space for other kitchen staff.
- Comply with kitchen health and sanitation guidelines.
- Communicate all item shortages to restaurant management.
- Control food waste loss and usage per SOP.
- Practice safety standards at all times.
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr.
