Responsibilities Include
- Facilitate the recruiting and new hire processes
- Administer tuition reimbursement and referral programs
- Assist with employee recognition programs
- Process parking payments
- Participate in the planning and execution of property AAC/Safety programs
- Facilitate associate Shoes for Crews program
- Coding and processing invoices
- Assist associates with password resets, system access issues, etc.
- Process personnel change forms
- Create and distribute employee communications
- Assist with monitoring all training initiatives
- Respond to associate inquiries in a timely fashion
- Project enthusiastic, optimistic, helpful attitude
- Follow all safety and security procedures and rules.
- Understand and consistently enforce all company SOPs and policies.
- Ensure the proper execution of HR documentation, procedures and policies are in place and being consistently executed
- Update Spotlight Associate of the Month
