As the Accounting Coordinator, you'll be responsible for making sure that cash receipt data is entered and reported accurately via the various accounting systems used by Concord. Contribute to the effectiveness of the Publishing Finance team. Works under moderate supervision.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Record cash receipts daily
- Prepare cash reports for management
- Apply licensing payments to open AR
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare other monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Monitor various bank accounts for activity and recommend actions to management
- Track down and analyze royalty statements to accurately report revenue
- Assist in completing the monthly close
- Prepare various JEs as needed
Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting and/or Finance related field
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance
- Detail oriented with ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with: MS Office applications; experience being hands-on with ERP systems
*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.
