Job DescriptionConcord-Carlisle Regional School District is seeking a caring, enthusiastic special education assistant, preferably with ABA experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and Developmental Delay in an educational setting. Experience with discrete trial teaching is ideal. Familiarity with Verbal Behavior is preferred but not required. Essential job duties include providing 1:1 discrete trial instruction to ASD students requiring ABA programming, collecting student data and implementing behavior interventions, reporting to a supervising BCBA and special educators and using feedback to modify academic and behavioral programming, and helping students generalize skills across school settings under the supervision of a lead special educator in a substantially separate elementary classroom.
This is a school-year position. The position ends at the end of the 2024-25 school year.Bachelors degree and training on ABA practices preferred.Position Type: Full-time.
