Account Manager – Inside Sales

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of prospects and customer accounts, cultivating strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through both new logo and upsell opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the entire sales process, including conducting discovery calls to drive pipeline growth and generate revenue within your assigned accounts.
- Proactive prospecting efforts aimed at driving revenue growth.
- Exceed annual revenue targets by effectively managing and growing your account portfolio.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities within existing accounts to achieve quota targets.
- Provide outstanding client relationship management for both new and existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in leveraging Concord's product offerings to achieve their business objectives.
Position Requirements:
- College Graduate, or equivalent experience
- At least one year in a sales or customer success role
- Proven track record of achieving performance goals including quotas, revenue targets, and other key performance metrics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to extract compelling insights and trends from data and systems by asking strategic questions.
The compensation for this role is $103,000 OTE. Range can flux dependent on experience.
