Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in account reconciliation, forecasting, and Financial Contracts management. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial data and supporting strategic decision-making within the organization.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Oversee account reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare forecasts and budgets to guide financial planning and resource allocation.
- Supervise accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to maintain accurate financial records.
- Implement and maintain double entry bookkeeping practices to ensure comprehensive financial tracking.
- Utilize accounting software, particularly Quick books, for efficient financial management.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide insights on financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations and standards.
