Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, including groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and project supervision. This role requires an individual who can effectively coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
Duties
- Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Supervise and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Oversee Project activities through completion.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, compliance with safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare reports on project status, including updates on timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact project success and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications
