Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Manage servicing and crews on assigned sites.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
- Provide regular updates on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Utilize technology tools to track account performance and streamline communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management or a related field, preferably in Landscaping and or Construction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients.
- Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools or ability to learn is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
