We are seeking a quality focused, experienced and energetic Registered Nurse to be our next Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/Infection Preventionist.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, with an on-call weekend rotation.

- Supporting the Director of Nursing in all areas of clinical oversight
- Ensuring all state and federal regulations are being met
- Developing staff education and competencies to maintain compliance
- Providing excellent customer service and problem solving
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with infection control practices
- Current PA license as a Registered Nurse
- Graduate of an approved RN school of nursing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing and knowledge of infection prevention
