We are seeking a quality focused, experienced and energetic Registered Nurse to be our next Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/Infection Preventionist.
This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, with an on-call weekend rotation.

Core responsibilities of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/Infection Preventionist:
Supporting the Director of Nursing in all areas of clinical oversight
Ensuring all state and federal regulations are being met
Developing staff education and competencies to maintain compliance
Providing excellent customer service and problem solving
Monitoring and ensuring compliance with infection control practices
Qualifications of the Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)/Infection Preventionist:
Current PA license as a Registered Nurse
Graduate of an approved RN school of nursing
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in skilled nursing and knowledge of infection prevention
