As a Non-Certified Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia at Weatherwood.
Concordia at Weatherwood's is seeking non-certified nursing assistants for the daylight (6a-2:30p) and afternoon (2p-10:30p) shifts.
Entry level friendly and paid on the job training!
Competitive starting wages of $17.50/hour (and increases with experience) with $1.50/hour shift differentials provided for the afternoon and midnight shifts. Additional $.50/hour weekend differentials provided for all shifts!
$2,000 retention bonus for qualifying full-time nursing assistants and $1,000 retention bonus for qualifying part-time nursing assistants.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning
- Documenting the care that was provided
- Completing over the counter treatments as instructed
- Answering resident call bells in 4 minutes or less.
Qualifications
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Direct Care Certification - we pay you to obtain this!
