Job Summary/Basic Function
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director, Maintenance and Utilities, this position provides leadership and operation of the central heating plant to provide a constant, reliable volume of steam to meet the campus needs.

Minimum Qualifications
- State of Minnesota Chief Engineer license (Chief B)
- 5 years related work experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge and experience with HVAC , electrical and mechanical systems maintenance and repair
- Strong and proven leadership experience
