Job Summary/Basic Function
Assistance needed with basic custodial duties, grounds keeping or painting, and various other light maintenance duties.

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age
- Ability to lift, pull, push, climb, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be dependable, and able to work independently.
- Must be able to read, write, and interpret written and verbal instructions, and demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision.
