Job Summary: The On-Site Recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within Concordia Group. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to fulfill the company's staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 a year
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) Required
- Experience recruiting for Construction/Field Staff preferred
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
