POSITION SUMMARYThe Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the individualized plan of care developed by the patient and/or family, physician and hospice team. Care for the patient is given where the patient resides (i.e., patient’s home, facility, hospital).
