Concordia Hospice of Washington serves our patients in Washington and Greene counties with the focus to provide services that offer comfort, peace, and dignity for those with incurable illnesses and for their families. POSITION SUMMARY

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current RN/LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania·
- Demonstrates excellent clinical skills· Current CPR certification· Solid computer skills, including Word·
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail·
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)·
- Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and at least the minimum state required vehicle insurance
