Concordia Hospice of Washington seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse to care for and serve our patients in our Inpatient Unit in Washington.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to hospice patients in accordance with the individualized plan of care developed by the patient and/or family, physician and hospice team. Care for the patient is given where the patient resides (i.e., patient’s home, facility, hospital).
QUALIFICATIONS

• Current RN/LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania·
• Demonstrates excellent clinical skills· Current CPR certification· Solid computer skills, including Word·
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail·
• Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal)·
• Reliable independent means of transportation with a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and at least the minimum state required vehicle insurance
