What You'll Do:
As Assistant Manager, Marketing, you will:
β Plan and execute high-quality, customer-focused marketing campaigns that connect people with our mission.
β Use strategic planning and data-driven insights to track performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
β Work with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives.
β Assist with the creation of engaging content, including videos, webinars, and training resources.
β Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives-from email to social media to digital advertising.
β Report on key performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
β Assist with lead generation campaigns to drive growth.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a candidate with:
β A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
β At least one year of experience in marketing or a related field.
β Strong understanding of CPH products and the mission of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod.
β Digital marketing expertise (SEO, content marketing, inbound marketing).
β Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and data analysis.
β Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
