Content Production and Management Specialist

Position Summary

The Content Production and Management Specialist creates high-quality written content and manages digital resources to support CUWAA's marketing initiatives. This role ensures consistency in brand messaging while maintaining a library of digital tools and templates for internal use.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Write and edit content for various platforms, including cut sheets, press releases, blogs, and web pages.
• Maintain and update the digital toolbox, ensuring templates and other resources are readily available for faculty and staff.
• Assist with minor website updates and content revisions to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Collaborate with team members to develop engaging, audience-specific content.
• Because the unit is collaborative and dynamic, on occasion, other duties may be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail and consistency.
• Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with website maintenance.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Supportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS)

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field required.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation or management.

This is a full-time, exempt (salary) position. The starting wage may be determined upon education and/or experience. Concordia University benefit options include, but are not limited to the following:
