- Associate’s degree in accounting/finance or another business-related field is recommended.
- Two (2) years’ experience with home health care accounting/finance is recommended.
- Interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with accounting software
- Ensures that accurate financial reporting is provided to management in a timely manner.
- Ensures that cash application to outstanding accounts is completed in a timely manner.
- Reconciliation of cash receipts for multiple companies.
- Prepares and analyzes statistical reporting for management staff.
- Maintains on-going communication with the Accounts Receivable Manager
- Maintains confidentiality of patient and staff information
