Summary / Job Scope :
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within the coal combustion residuals (CCR) industry in support of our cement footprint and a value creating business model. This position will contribute to achieving VC’s decarbonization targets and developing a new CO2 economy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and potential partners within the CCR industry, creating clear business strategies for key accounts
- Be a cross-functional participant in support of our SCMs program with key internal personnel across sales, distribution, product development on development of SCMs within the product portfolio.
- Master and maintain detailed knowledge of the business, competition, and latest industry news and trends, current and upcoming technologies for CCR treatment and beneficiation; and other technologies which hold the potential to expand CCR utilization and enhance the portfolio of opportunities to grow value
- Maintain a safe workplace and strive for zero occupational injuries, accidents, and environmental incidents
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, science or engineering.
Proven track record in Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) industry preferably from experience in power / utilities industries
