Business Support Specialist – Schaumburg, IL
$50,000 - $55,000/Annually (Plus full benefits, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO)

As we continue to lead the way in the development of surgical tools, we are looking to expand our team with a Business Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, order status, and general product information.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing and sales teams to ensure customers receive accurate and up-to-date information on order timelines and product specifications.
- Provide support to the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery of surgical instruments.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including order details and customer feedback, to improve service quality.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and proactively suggest improvements to internal processes or customer support practices.
- Facilitate the resolution of any discrepancies, returns, or issues to ensure customer satisfaction is always prioritized.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience (manufacturing industry preferred but not required)
- Microsoft Office experience
- CRM or ERP experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize
