We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee the maintenance of all industrial equipment and machinery at Concrete Careers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-volume manufacturing and a proven track record in leadership and production supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the maintenance team, ensuring efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure safety
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including gearboxes, high and low voltage systems, PLCs, and HMIs
- Collaborate with production supervisors to ensure seamless operations and address any maintenance-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing and production supervision
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Extensive knowledge of industrial equipment and mechanical assembly
- Experience with gearboxes, high and low voltage systems, PLCs, and HMIs
- Experience with Fanuc Robots is a plus
- Strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance protocols
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
