Your Role:
As a Concrete Project Manager, you will play a key role in sales, project coordination, and operational oversight, ensuring the seamless execution of precast concrete projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inside sales tasks for precast concrete products and meet sales targets.
- Conduct takeoffs of civil plans and generate accurate project estimates.
- Provide administrative oversight for daily operations and project execution.
- Develop submittals and maintain strong communication with customers to meet their needs and requests.
- Set and manage yearly pricing for precast products.
- Create shop drawings and design custom precast products.
- Identify and resolve design conflicts effectively.
- Maintain organized sales documentation and project records.
- Conduct research for product development and assist in forecasting for short- and long-term goals.
- Support ownership with management tasks and strategic planning.
- Assist in manual labor tasks as needed to support team operations.

Education & Experience:
- Precast or concrete experience is required—no exceptions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Windows Office Suite and AutoCAD preferred.
- Experience in a technical role in manufacturing or construction preferred (on-the-job training available).
- Sales experience is a plus.
Salary : $75,000 - $95,000
