- Lead and motivate a regional team of Sales Managers to serve and love our customers, plus meet and exceed all goals.
- Develop, train and coach the sales team to maximize their individual potential to advance in the company through career development, performance reviews and coaching.
- Lead and assist the team as needed on customer sales issues.
- Lead the team to develop a positive reputation and influence in the communities served.
- Grow as a leader by taking advantage of development opportunities.
- Organize and facilitate in person meetings with the team.
- Hold Sales Manager accountable to goals and sales targets
- Participate in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain individual success for direct sales
- Demand mental toughness, effort, and discipline
- Expect a strong sense of Organic Lead Generation Efforts
- Lead the overall financial well-being of the region, to include P&L responsibilities and goal achievement.
- Participate in the financial budgeting and planning process.
- Develop strategies to grow revenue, control expenses and maximize profit.
- Responsible for assuring that sales operations in the region fulfil their targets regarding Revenue, Cost of Goods Sold and Expense Control.
- Ensure operational efficiency throughout the region, plus recommend process improvements.
- Ensure maximum sales productivity.
- Recommend staffing levels for the region, plus primary decision-making responsibility for the hiring of new sales managers, as well as participation in the onboarding, and training process.
- Ensure EOW are completed and hold weekly sales meetings both as a team and 1on1
- Ensure clean Hubspot management
- Ensure a high standard of follow up processes for sales managers
- Ensure productive and positive communication across all levels of the region and CDC
- Be a solution finder instead of an excuse maker
- Enthusiastically and successfully handle any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
