Project Coordinator
This is an exciting new opportunity!! This administrative position is responsible for coordinating concrete construction projects, from a sales lead to completion. At Decorative Concrete Solutions LLC, we specialize in concrete coatings, polishing, epoxy and stamping. We are also known as Concrete Floors Company LLC, which has 40 years of experience in the concrete industry. Specializing in flat concrete work and foundations for residential and commercial customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Work with our project team consisting of our Estimator, Office Manager, Business Manager and Owner
- Responsible for all administrative tasks such as computer organization of project details and needs for each project and potential projects
- Site visits to photograph and video projects for social media platforms
- Post and advertise on social media platforms and monitor analytics
- Daily communication with outside contractors and customers
- Determine needed resources; manpower, equipment and materials from start to finish with attention to project details
- Coordinate daily with the field employees to ensure that they have the materials in house and / or material delivered to the job as required
- Schedule field employees in the time management system and coordinate with the Office Manager to ensure each employee is on site as required
- Daily communication with the Field Foreman to give them guidance when needed for completing a project
- Vendor purchases completed in the automated purchase order system and invoicing approved for the Office Manager
- Cultivate awareness of our brand within the construction community by attending occasional networking events
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and guidelines
- Assist Managers as needed
