Summary
We are currently soliciting applicants to join our project management team for the role of project coordinator. This is a full-time salary position with typical business hours, Monday-Friday from 7am- 4pm.
Responsibilities
The position specifically involves identifying project scope of work, purchasing materials and identifying and controlling potential risks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of construction background.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment both independently and within a team.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable transportation, valid driver's license and able to pass a Federal/State background check.
- Excellent computer skills. . . Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office and CAD software experience is a plus.
