Qualifications
- Commercial Building Superintendent with minimum 10 years experience.
- Concrete and Steel Erection knowledge.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control measures
- OSHA certification is a plus
