We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic, bilingual sales representative who can connect with customers, understand their needs, and help them make informed decisions.

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with customers in both English and Spanish. This position requires a passion for sales, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (both new and existing)
• Conduct sales calls and meetings with potential customers in both English and Spanish
• Provide product information and advice to customers based on their needs
• Assist in managing customer orders, quotations, and invoices
• Identify opportunities for business growth and new customer acquisition
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably, but not required in construction or a related field
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $850.00 per week

Compensation Package:

• Monthly bonus
