In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data to support the operational needs of the organization. Your work will be critical in ensuring data integrity, streamlining processes, and maintaining our companys high standards for information accuracy.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $50,000/yr - $60,000/yr
Competitive Annual Salary based on qualifications, skills, training, experience, and location.
Discretionary Annual Bonus: Subject to company performance and individual contribution.

Key Responsibilities
- Review/Upload Incoming Cost Management Reports (CMRs).
- Check Gain/Fade Status and set up Gain/Fade meetings as appropriate.
- Provide verbal and/or correspondence assistance to internal leadership and Project Management team to resolve CMR issues.
- Manage Report and Data Files
- Run Weekly Data Reports and distribute by email.
- Update and Upload Weekly Power BI Data.
- Cost Management.
- Add new cost codes in Cost Management systems as required.
- Set up cost codes for projects.
- Track Organizations Miscellaneous Project Profits.
- Accounting Add journal entries for misaligned costs as directed by Project Managers.
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- Accounting background/degree
- Extensive working knowledge using Excel (Tables/Pivot Tables highly preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong, detail-oriented work ethic is a must
- Self-starter with a well-honed sense of urgency and the ability to regularly meet deadlines.
- Great at multi-tasking
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy levels.
- Proficiency in data entry tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and database management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of entry level accounting.
