The CTC Engineering Division specializes in transforming cutting-edge technologies into real-world solutions. We harness the power of 3D printing, advanced joining techniques like friction stir welding, and cutting-edge design tools to tackle complex challenges for a diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads efforts to leverage project capabilities to expand and develop the Company’s involvement in existing and/or new areas of business development. Responsibilities may vary depending upon proposal magnitude.

• Leads the integration of performance based business development into all tasks. Communicates the importance of understanding and developing opportunities to successfully respond to Statements of Work (SOW) in support of strategic relationship building initiatives.

• Provides key technical support and expertise to assigned Markets.

• Provides direction and expertise in the identification of new and emerging technologies and creates intellectual property and processes.

• Expected to function as a PMt or subcontract lead, providing direction through cost, budget and schedule or be the technical project lead.

• When assigned as PMt and entrusted as primary point of contact for clients, interprets set expectations for the team and monitors project status. Identifies, recommends and implements technological improvements and problem resolution.

• Serves in a significant role as a major client interface for technical and functional issues to address broad project objectives.

• Leads quality processes and develops methods to support continuous improvement. Responsible for overall requisite quality for all assigned projects.

• Provides leadership, establishes criteria to monitor project performance and develops tools and training processes for project management and innovation efforts.

• As Subject Matter Expert, serves as internal consultant within SBA providing key technical support.

• Contributes to technical literature through presentations and the authoring and publication of technical papers.

• Plans, directs and controls activities within areas of responsibility to accomplish budgeted financial objectives.

• Identifies training needs and mentors lower level personnel, especially in areas of technical expertise.

Basic Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree with an Engineering Discipline plus 6-8 years of experience OR Candidate must have a Master’s Degree with an Engineering Discipline plus 4-6 years of experience OR Candidate must have a PhD with an Engineering Discipline plus 2-4 years of experience.
