Condé Nast is looking for an experienced Partner Management & Operations Senior Manager who is passionate and knowledgeable about the distribution of digital and video content and monetization programs across the digital ecosystem.
This role focuses on managing and expanding existing social media, FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV), and digital partnerships to drive revenue and viewership.
This role will report to the Executive Director, Global Partnership Management.

Responsibilities
Oversee relationships with major partners and platforms; including social platforms, digital and web, app and connected TV.
Work closely with internal Condé Nast teams and partners to project manage revenue driving programs.
Curate and program FAST channels for Condé Nast brands, and collaborate closely with streaming partners to promote content, secure promotional opportunities, and optimize engagement.
Project Manage partnerships internally to make sure stakeholders' requests are addressed.
Use data to analyze and benchmark success for various parts of our distribution business.
Oversee delivery of revenue and viewership reporting internally and externally.
Coordinate with BD, Sales, Rev Ops, Ad Ops, and other internal teams to optimize current partnership revenue.
Prioritize, problem-solve, and find solutions as required.
Salary Range : $135,000-$160,000
Minimum Qualification :
Candidates should have 5 years of relevant experience in Partner Management or Operations.
Experience with the Amagi platform is a plus, but not a requirement.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Salary : $135,000 - $160,000
