Facilities Operations Lead

Position Description
The Project Lead will be responsible for managing projects related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of humidification and dehumidification systems. This includes developing project plans, leading project teams, and communicating with customers and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of project progress and performance.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
