- Direct the entire operations of the organization’s contact center facility. Implements and reviews policies and operating structure of the contact center.
- Monitors the interactions to ensure that the expectations of the customers are met.
- Performance metrics include call efficiency, low abandonment rate, high conversion rates, staffing utilization, acceptable turnover, and financial performance.
- Effective leadership and analytical skills including working knowledge of financial statement analysis, staffing models, scheduling, and telecom opportunities, Ring Central implementation and experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent with 10 years of call center operations experience required
- HVAC experience needed with Service Titan system knowledge a plus
