- Must be able to assess heating and cooling needs, and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions to maximize comfort and energy.

- Strong closing skills with the ability to overcome objections and thoughtfully address customer concerns.
- Has a passion in learning new sales techniques and strategies to improve and continue to grow in the sales profession.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, engineering, or related field is preferred.
- 5 to10 years of proven sales experience in a high energy environment.
