Our goal is to deliver the highest level of professional HVAC service possible throughout Southwest Florida and inspire.
As the Sales Manager, you will oversee a team of Comfort Specialists, drive revenue growth, and develop strategies to expand our market. This role is vital to our company’s success. You will play a key role in shaping sales initiatives, mentoring your team, and building strong relationships with clients and contractors.
We are looking for driven, result oriented leader to:
• Lead a high-performing sales team with a focus on development, motivation on individual and team sales results
• Drive revenue growth by exceeding daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals through effective sales strategies and optimizing performance across all revenue channels
• Oversee multi-trade sales efforts across HVAC and plumbing, utilizing financing and payment options to boost sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track and exceed performance metrics and continuously improve training programs to meet evolving business needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with key clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
• Provide hands-on coaching to Comfort Specialist through regular 1:1s, ride-along, call reviews, and skill-building sessions.
• Set clear sales targets and create personalized development plans for each team member.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
• Partner with marketing and operations to ensure alignment and optimize the sales funnel through campaigns and lead generation tools.
• Competitive base pay and incentives. Reports to the CEO
Requirements
10 years of proven experience in the home service industry, HVAC preferred
Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive decision-making
Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field preferred.
