We are now seeking a Service HVAC Field Supervisor. If You Are/Have:
- Customer Service expert with demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Detailed oriented and take pride in accuracy, quality, safety, and timeliness as a signature of your work.
- Enjoy helping educate/mentor/coach/supervise experienced field staff.
- Basic understanding of business & financials, and their impact on operations.
- Willing to hold field staff accountable for performance whether positive or negative.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner to create 'win-win' scenarios.
- Prior supervisory position preferred.
- Have a clean driving record and 3 years driving experience
