CondoCare Inc. performs building maintenance, insurance, warranty, and custom work with unparalleled craftsmanship. We create an environment of trust between community management and building maintenance.
We are currently looking for CARPENTERS who value customer service and have strong technical skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic power tools and reliable transportation
- Honest, good communicator, problem-solving skills
- Basic carpenter/and or handyman experience
- Proficient in measuring, cutting, drilling, installing, framing, etc.
- Project scope of work may range from solo one day jobs to multiweek projects working with a crew
- Experience purchasing materials, following written instructions, taking pictures of work, and sending in daily report.
- Safety oriented individual, duties may include working at heights and using fall protection as needed
- Must be able to lift over 50lbs
