Mailroom Associate

Location : Lexington, KY

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM (Some overtime may be required)

Compensation : $17.00 / hour plus excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mailroom Associate, youll :

Receive, process, and classify documents (both electronic and physical) to ensure accurate data transmission.

Process outbound correspondence on behalf of clients.

Sort, image, file, and archive documents based on type and contract requirements.

Input and verify data using automated tools and client-specific instructions.

Capture and transmit information to the appropriate teams or departments.

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and distribution.

Safely use a pallet jack to move items and assist with warehouse operations.

Operate a box truck as needed for transporting mail or materials between locations.

Contribute to a safe and efficient warehouse environment by organizing and coordinating data and mail-related tasks.

Perform other administrative or technical duties as assigned while complying with all company policies and standards.

What Were Looking For

Must be 18 years or older.

Education : High School Diploma or GED required.

Background Requirements : Ability to pass a background screen and drug test.

Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform warehouse duties.

Experience using a pallet jack and operating a box truck is required.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is $27,280 - 34,100.
