MAILROOM ASSOCIATES

Position is Onsite in London, KY

14.00/hr then move to ABC

Training Mon-Fri 8:00AM-5:30PM (4-6 weeks)

Production schedules will fall between 7:00AM-5:00PM Mon-Fri

Job Details:

• Sorts, images, documents, files, and archives by form type.
• Prep documents for scanning (i.e. remove mail from envelope, remove staples, separate documents, etc.)
• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing
• Deliver and collect all mail and place into correct locations
• May require sitting and/or standing for lengthy periods of time
• Follow mailroom security procedures and all company procedures
• Strong attention to detail
• Training is 4-6 weeks

Requirements:

• Must be able to clear a criminal background check and drug screening
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Some experience working in mail center
• Strong attention to detail; Must translate information effectively and accurately
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Required to lift up to 15lbs regularly.
• Basic Computer Skills is a must.
