About the Role :
As a Data Entry Processing Specialist, you will play a crucial role by preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry. You'll also verify and correct information as needed.
Hours :
8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in start times.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Entering data from source documents into the appropriate computer database, files, and forms
- Transcribing information into the required electronic format
- Obtaining additional information for incomplete documents
- Combining and reordering data from source documents as necessary
- Maintaining logbooks or records of activities and tasks
- Printing information when needed
- Complying with data integrity and security policies
- Assisting with other assigned duties
