Main Responsibilities:
- Data entry and data entry prep for payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Phone coverage and customer service
- Filing and record-keeping
- Mail and banking activities, including ordering supplies
- Interaction with third parties for billing, insurance, and scheduling
Requirements:
- Accounting experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with Sage Accounting software is a plus
