Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Client Monitoring Field Staff to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting our Automotive clients' lease exchange program. As a Client Monitoring Field Staff, you will be responsible for completing approximately ten in-person visits daily and documenting participant changes, outcomes, and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: At least one year experience working with older adults or persons with disabilities
- Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare, elderly, and disabled adult populations preferred; knowledge of Medicaid preferred
