Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Agent
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients in need of assistance.
About the Role:
- Respond to telephone inquiries and concerns using approved procedures and guidelines.
- Address and research customer inquiries, providing accurate and relevant information.
- Gather information, resolve inquiries, and document customer calls.
- Read and interpret documents on file to inform customers of services and resources available to them.
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
