Call Center Representative (Bilingual)

The Call Center Representative provides customer service by answering incoming calls and placing outbound calls resolving issues, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. Essential Job Responsibilities:  Handling about 50 incoming calls per day or placing about 120 Outbound calls per day Active listening Verbal and written communication Professional phone voice and persona Basic computer proficiency Skilled typing Adaptability Understanding of phone etiquette Performs other related duties as assigned.   Location and Physical Requirements: Hybrid; report to Fort Washington office once per week Prolonged periods of sitting/standing at a desk and working on a computer.   Required Skills: High school diploma or equivalent At least one year related experience required Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Bilingual - Spanish Speaking to handle callers

Salary : $18 - $22
