Position Overview :
The Call Center Representative will handle inbound calls related to parking violations (around 100 calls per day).
The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask while meeting departmental standards.
Call Center Representative Job Details :
- Schedule : Monday-Friday / FULL TIME / IN OFFICE with in the hours of 8AM-8 : 00PM and the 4th Saturdays of every month 8 : 30AM-12 : 00PM.
- Pay Rate : $16.50 per hour, $18.00 once permanent in the role.
