About the Role
As a Business Product Management Consultant - Human Capital Solutions , you will partner with product managers, technologists, client teams, and stakeholders to develop and deliver innovative HR and payroll solutions. You will help identify opportunities for improvement, contribute to the product roadmap, and support the lifecycle of key initiatives.
This role involves a consultative approach, providing expertise in aligning product offerings with market demands, compliance needs, and business objectives while driving measurable outcomes for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Contributing to the vision, strategy, and refinement of product roadmaps within the Human Capital Solutions portfolio.
- Supporting all stages of product lifecycle management, including concept, design, specification, launch, and post-launch enhancements.
- Identifying and recommending innovative solutions to meet client challenges and business objectives.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to align technical feasibility, business value, and product design.
- Analyzing market trends, regulatory changes, and client feedback to recommend adjustments to product strategies.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to support RFP responses, client presentations, and product positioning strategies.
- Advising on technical integrations, including AI-powered tools and analytics, to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency.
- Supporting the development of client growth plans and roadmaps through consultative engagement.
- Gathering input from users, clients, and internal teams to iterate on product features and solutions.
- Monitoring and measuring the performance of launched solutions and implementing enhancements based on insights.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for bonuses or incentives. Conduent offers a variety of benefits including health insurance, dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $112.420-146,000.
