Overview
As the Jr. Graphic Designer / Production Assistant - People & Culture, you will partner with the Director of Marketing & Communications - People & Culture to design and produce powerful and engaging digital and print assets to support exceptional storytelling for key People & Culture initiatives. The talented design professional in this position will pitch, generate and orchestrate creative content that supports best-in-class social, recruitment marketing and team member engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
- Serves as a junior graphic designer and production partner on the Marketing & Communications team for the People & Culture division.
- Designs engaging on-brand collateral meeting specifications for a variety of print and digital media.
- Provides oversight for photography and video shoots conducted by third-party vendors.
- Brings the employer brand visual identity to life and serves as the team?s resident expert on brand guidelines.

- Proud of your portfolio and ready to share recent samples of your best work.
- An advanced user of Adobe CC, bonus if you have strong Canva and/or Figma skills.
- Ready to conceptualize visual solutions that bring creative briefs and project objectives to life.
- Experienced developing unique content for social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Able to work and plan collaboratively but implement independently.
- Skilled meeting multiple deadlines, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail and able to manage expectations/timelines and competing priorities to achieve excellent results.
- Curious, with the ability to self-educate on trends, software, apps, and industry data.
- Analytical, with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine art, visual communications or similiar program.
EXPERIENCE:REQUIRED:2 years' experience in graphic design and production. PREFERRED: Photoshoot coordination and video production capabilities are a plus.
